I am currently at the World Massage Festival in North Carolina and am so excited about the muscle therapy i recieved and learned about today. This class was taught by an amazing instructor, Julie Donnelly. If you get the chance to check her out, she's phenomenal and has written literature and developed DVDs demonstarting her technique. It's an over the clothes therapy that treats specific muscles. After i've mastered this technique and feel comfortable with it (practicing on friends and my fellow therapists) I hope to add it to my practice. Tomorrow I'm taking an all day pre-natal class.
